Open your evaluations dashboard
From the portal homepage, select the My Company Evals tile. Like your other dashboards, it opens to a set of prepopulated components (widgets).
Here's what the evaluations dashboard looks like:
| Course Name | Course Date | Attendee | Top Takeaways |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lead AI Adoption for your Team | 7/16/2026, 1:00 PM | Andre Fowler | – |
| Supply Chain Ops Series: Influence Without Authority | 7/16/2026, 10:00 AM | Bianca Reyes | Be purposeful in your pre-work before making an ask. Invest time building relationships to improve outcomes. |
Two ways to filter your view
Use the two dropdowns at the top of the dashboard to focus your evaluations.
Course Date
When the class actually took place. Filter to a specific window of time so you can review evaluations for just that period.
Course Type · Public vs. Private
Most organizations run both public and private workshops through Learnit's portal. This lets you separate evaluations by those two types (shown as Course Type on the dashboard).
See the raw data or export it
Below the filters you'll see prepopulated datasets showing averages, quantities, and counts. To get the full detail behind them, go one level deeper.
Open the full report
Click into any component and select View Report in the lower-left corner. This opens the complete evaluation dataset behind the widget.
Export it
From the raw report, click the Export button (top right) to pull the data out of the portal.
| Course Name | Course Date | Eval Response Name | Course Rating | Recommend |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Builder: Build Trust With Others (1) | 6/30/2026 | 2026-06-30 - 052107 | – | – |
For a true Excel dataset, export using the Details Only format. You'll get clean, row-by-row data instead of a formatted summary.
